327. Heartbroken

Catapulted into the future, 

from the present moment,

and with the past in mind,

it’s safe to say that I am lost,

and confused, and sad, 

and heartbroken.

And yet, I’m still alive,

I’m here, I’m free.

But why do I still feel

so dead inside?
